“Given the hot summer Europe is experiencing, one would hope the hotels would allow their AC to work all evening rather than shut down in the evening. As there was no one at the desk during the night, no one was available to assist. Moreover, no questions were asked upon check-out so we just left without a decent night’s sleep. On a positive note , the balcony was very nice and the restaurant across the street, Paronvicci (?) was excellent.”

“The location of this Terra Hotel right next to the Bernina train station in Tirano is unbeatable. The hotel is new, spaciuos and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendly and attentive service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirano!”
