“Modest hotel in Potes with ample free off street parking for motorcycles. Comes with a reasonable breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants in the town. Fairly basic room and bathroom. The hotel needs to do more to discourage loud conversations in the hallways late evening and early morning, primarily caused by groups riding together who have had a few too many drinks.”

“Such a lovely building. Lots of traditional features but rooms are modern, clean and fresh. Our room had a small balcony, one of two in the hotel. Most attractive restaurant and courtyard. It has a gastro dining experience and the restaurant seemed very popular with local visitors but plenty of room. Breakfast had a good variety, continental but cheese and hams with everything you would expect. More than filling. The staff were very friendly and obliging. We loved every aspect of this……

“La habitación estaba bien, sábanas limpias, colcha limpia, cortinas limpias...todos los días con cambio de toallas... Nos tocó una habitación adaptada y el fallo que encontré que al ser la ducha para ello se nos salía mucho el agua hacia afuera lo que hacíamos que el suelo del baño lo tuviéramos encharcado...no lo comento como queja si no que al final era un poco engorroso puesto que todo se mojaba...deberían de tener algo en el baño para una vez que se duchen puedan recoger ese agua los……

“We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Infantado. Staff was helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was great (strong pressure), and while the bathroom was very small, the sleeping space was adequate, with ample storage. It met our needs. Unlike the description, there was not laundry service on premise (which is one of the factors why we had reserved there), but we were able to find a laundromat nearby so it worked out well. “Hotel recientemente renovado por dentro y en proceso de ello por fuera. En una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de todo (Santillana no es muy grande) El hotel está renovado y mucho mejor que otros hoteles y posadas de la zona, ya antiguos y con necesdidad de reforma. No deja de ser un dos estrellas pero la verdad que está muy bienn. Lo único "criticable" puede ser la falta de personal porque tanto el check in como el check out se lo hace uno mismo, facilitando el hotel una clave para acceder al……
