### Singular Stays Roteros

This cozy 85m² property is a perfect choice to enjoy this wonderful city. With a small balcony from which you can access from your wonderful living room, perfectly well equipped and furnished. Bright and modern, with fully equipped separate kitchen, two bedrooms and a great bathroom with bathtub.  
  
Thanks to the good location of this apartment, you will be able to enjoy its wide commercial and leisure office, and of its cultural part of the historic centre of Valencia. Most of its streets have kept its original structure, so you will immerse in the authentic Valencia.  
  
Very close to the apartment you will find the Jardines del Turia, the old river bed with more than 9km in length. It is considered the lungs of the city, as it constitutes a true green space that runs the city from east to west, from the City of Arts and Sciences to Bioparc. Also, the historic centre of the city is located 10 minutes’ walk away from this property.
