The kitchen is an updated modern farmhouse with an open layout. Also, a lovely butler’s pantry too. We were able to make dinner as well as breakfast! We will be back!! ”

“We attended an event at the Ironstone Amphitheater and this place was less than 10 min away. It is such a cute and cozy place with everything we needed. We enjoyed our coffee on the back deck in the morning and a family of wild turkeys visited...it was awesome.”

Gaining access to the home was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time. “This house is a gem. It is large, very clean and a museum!! Most of the house has furnishings and fixtures from over 100 years ago. It is fantastic. I spent so much time reading the little descriptions of items in the house. The stove, the shelves, windows, chairs, paintings, etc. I enjoyed every moment. The yard around the house is very charming and lovely. You have everything you need there from laundry, kitchen, bathrooms, bbq, very clean garage, hot tub, etc. I was very lucky to have……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Murphy's Sage House while in town for a friend’s wedding! The home was well-equipped with all the amenities our family needed, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks available for purchase via Venmo. The only minor issue was a strong odor upon arrival—possibly from nearby manure or animals—but after airing out the house and using some Lysol, it cleared up. Thank you for being such accommodating hosts!”
