"The staff, at all shifts, were professional and very welcoming. Very friendly and greeted you with a smile. The property was well kept and in a prime location to restaurants, entertainment and casinos- all within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not get to enjoy the pool, but it was clean. The property offers a convenient breakfast buffet for $20/person (I believe), but we didn’t try it. Overall, an excellent stay."

"The only thing bad was they didn’t have the room ready by 4 but they made that up when the deadbolt to the door didn’t work and they fixed it immediately also our safe malfunctioned and they fixed that immediately as well! Great service overall! Will be coming back Thank you"

"The motel has a cute retro vibe, but it is totally updated inside. The shower is lovely, and the bathroom sink is very chic. One of the reasons I chose it was because it has AC, and since it was in the high 80's when we were there, I thought we would need it. It's an under-window AC/heater, and it seemed loud the first night. It didn't bother me the second night, and we did appreciate the cool air! It was only a 2 minute walk to dinner each night and a 3 minute walk to breakfast (various restaurants in the Heavenly Village shops). One morning before breakfast, we walked down to lake level and back up a different street to the motel--a lovely way to start the day. This motel does not have a pass for the Lakeside Beach, but since Nevada Beach is my favorite beach in the world, I did not mind driving over there to swim. :)"

"We stayed at Azure hotel at S. Lake Tahoe in early June and loved it very much. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. Although, you could say that the building itself wasn't new, but it was shiningly clean, which is always a must for me. Our room had a cosy balcony with a beautiful lake view, and the experience of having my morning teas there, while enjoying the misty lake view at sunrise was great."

"i would of liked for the room to have a microwave and just for the hotel to have breakfast i give the hotel overall a 8/10 but take 2 stars off for those reasons besides that the rooms and bathroom were very clean and so was the pool and jacuzzi"

"Clean stay and easily accessible. No A/C in the rooms, so summer stays aren't the best. Close to a multitude of restaurants and stores which was a plus."
