“I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre.”

“It's okay. The area is beautiful with pool, but the childrens pool was empty. Beautiful plants. Inside you have enough space, but there were very few pans and cuttery. For us it was okay”

“Great hotel that ill gladly be staying at again when traveling to Sao Miguel, the cleaning staff did great and were friendly, pastries/tea were always loaded in the kitchen, and the convenience of being so close to everything was great! I will say the elevators were a little sketchy sometimes on one occasion suddenly stopping on the 18th floor then not moving for a few seconds then taking us down to the parcade..but that i think was more of a building issue, the hotel was fantastic and i cannot……

“A total gem. Impeccably well managed and presented, with a really gracious and warm team that made it feel like a small boutique hotel. The view from our room over the Atlantik just a few metres away made for a powerful experience in its own right. The beach and historic town of Ribeira Grande are in walking distance. The very well equipped gym, two pristine and quiet pools and wellness facilities allow for restful downtime before after having been out all day. The massages are excellent. ……

“The view from the upper rooms of the ocean is breathtaking. The bed is comfortable and the small kitchen space has the basics of what you need. The patio space is shared with other units (although some bamboo provides a bit of privacy) so others smoking &/or having loud conversations can affect the tranquility. The surrounding area is farmland so it is very tranquil. The lodge is under renovation/construction - something we didn’t know. But the work stops in the afternoon so there was no issue.……

“Super Unterkunft. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, für jedes Zimmer ein Fach im Kühlschrank sowie Besteck und Geschirr, 2 Herde, Mikrowelle und genügend Töpfe und Pfannen. Zimmer 6, das wir gebucht hatten, ist relativ klein und zur Straße, wir haben vor Ort in Zimmer 3 gewechselt, auch die 4, 7 und 8 sind zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich, uns wurden gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Frühstück war gut, immer frisches Obst ”
