“Schone, grote kamer. Fris en nieuw. Mooie badkamer. Eigen parkeerplek. Nadeel is dat we een kamer direct aan de drukke weg hadden (kamer 5). Hoewel er veel moeite is gedaan om het geluid te dempen, stoorde het langsrazende verkeer ons. De kamers aan de achterzijde hebben dit nadeel waarschijnlijk niet. Ontbijt had ook wat minpuntjes: lauwe koffie, geschifte yoghurtjes, zoutvaatjes verstopt. Waarschijnlijk waren de ontbijtzaken een momentopname maar toch goed om te laten weten.”

“Sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit Innen- und Außenpool, Sauna, Fitnessraum, Bar und Restaurant. Alle Mitarbeiter waren zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko, wofür das Hotel allerdings nichts kann, ist die Lage bzw. Umgebung. Wenn man immer mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist, wird man davon nichts mitbekommen. Wenn man aber gern zu Fuß unterwegs ist und ins Zentrum von Ponta Delgada möchte, muss man unweigerlich eine Straße entlang laufen, die als etwas unsicher……

“Raquel and the team are incredible! They corrected issues and errors expeditiously. The team took the time to acknowledge my friend and I celebrating our milestone birthday with a surprise. I literally called the front desk at any hour for help, thanks Jon, even arranging taxi rides when uber and bolt wouldn’t pick me up. It’s in the center of town. The only thing to know, is it’s located on a street that closes so taxi may not pick you up right in front. But it’s a very short walk to the……

“We liked the private hot tub, especially since the weather was too cold to swim. The room had a kitchenette, which we appreciated since there's no room service and it was 20 minute walk to town. A car is definitely needed for Sao Miguel. The room was cleaned very well, but people aren't very careful and we could see stains on the sofa even though the hotel is relatively new. There was a somewhat small smart TV in the room, but it worked well. Breakfast was basic but included with the reservation……

“Beautiful property very clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were always clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes cutlery and pans. Could have used a few essentials such as pepper and sugar. Would have loved some information on where to buy fresh bread and other core items.”

The same for the breakfast show kitchen Chef with the goatie beard navigating the demands for all sort of fancy egg diahes. I am particularly amazed by his attention to detail and multi tasking skills. Well trained i thought! That required focus, and a great amount of love for the job. The passion for their job was evident. For their island! We love that! The hotel is a beautiful wonder.……

“Had a great stay at this property. Suite had 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, balcony, kitchen, living and eating area. Property was clean and well maintained, including pool, sauna and hot tub. Check in and check out were smooth, breakfast included each day, and was very good. Convenient location and parking also easy in the garage. Staff also very friendly and professional. Would stay again.”
