“Our stay at Whales Bay Hotel was quite wonderful. We loved every aspect of it. The appartments and the common areas are all kept spotlessly clean. “Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.”
