“This hotel was great. The location was perfect and the breakfast was amazing. The staff and communication was also very good. Only two draw backs were the beds were a little hard and if you are downstairs, people in the upstairs rooms make noise that transfer downstairs and is very loud. We had two rooms and in both rooms, the noise from upstairs was bad while we were trying to sleep. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Azores as its positives are much……

“Bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer sehr sauber. Wenn das Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte, muss man am Vortag immer in der Rezeption die Reinigung anmelden bis 12 Uhr, ansonsten wird das Zimmer nicht automatisch gereinigt. Unsere Junior Suite ist renovierungsbedürftig. Der Wandschrank war schon stärker beschädigt und die Wasserarmaturen im Bad waren sehr schwer zu bedienen und quietschen laut. Die Vorhänge waren auch sehr schwer zu verschieben und klemmten oft. An der Rezeption war das Personal……

“Beautiful property, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The host was incredibly kind and offered great tips for exploring São Miguel. Perfect location to relax after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.”

It's ideal for getting to a lot of places on the island but staying very convenient to Ponta Delgada and the many restaurants there in the evening. We went out on excursions every day, and many tour operators picked us up directly at the hotel. We were on the island for eight days, so it was wonderful to have a big enough space to fit my family of five. They brought breakfast every day with fresh fruit and local……
