“This was a great apartment. The views of the lake are fantastic and we really enjoyed sitting and have a glass of wine in the evenings. There was a wonderful restaurant next door. Be aware that the roads from Como are very narrow if you are going to drive and it is a 30-40 minute drive. There is a bus stop right outside so it was easy to get to Como and Bellagio.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Taverna. It was absolutely beautiful, quiet and the location on the water was ideal. It was better then the photos that we saw when booking. The elegance of the grounds and the villa were truly special. We felt like we were the only ones there! “Perfect for touring!! 1 minute to the train station! I went to Lugano Switzerland 2 days. Then 2 days walking 7 minutes to Lake Como, its historical sites and access to all of the Lake Como boat tours! Then took the train to Milano 2 days all while staying in this beautiful apartment! I’d rate all 5s but unfortunately there was a problem with one of the 3 keys to the door locks that was repaired promptly. I’d stay here again when returning. I Love Como!! Questions? ”

The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group
"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
