Very good location by the rialto Bridge. Clean, tidy and quiet apartment. Good Wi-Fi, washing machine was handy. Large bedroom, lounge and kitchen.

Das Apartment ist gut geschnitten und hat ein Schlafzimmer und auch ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch.Die Küche hat alles,was man für einen Aufenrhalt für ein paar Tage benötigt. Es ist sehr sauber und die Kommunikation am Anfang war sehr gut und freundlich. Was man wissen muss:Wenn man morgens duschen möchte ,hat man nur 45 Sekunden heißes Wasser und so gut wie keinen Wasserdruck,anschließend ist das Wasser leider kalt.Ich hatte deshalb die Agentur angerufen und es wollte jemand kommen und sich kümmernen .Leider änderte sich nichts und es gab auch keine Information.Das war schade und ich weiß auch,dass Wasser in Venedig immer ein Problem ist.Trotzdem kann es nicht sein,dass es nur einen kalten Rinsal gibt und dass das einfach ausgesessen wird. Ansonsten fanden wir die Lage und das Apartment toll und wir würden das nächste Mal mit einer anderen Einstellung kommen.

Были ужасно шокированы тем, что изначально с карты списали почти 200 евро, по приезду хозяйка еще предьявила счет на 144 евро + 35 евро за поздний приезд. Итого двухкомнатные апартаменты за двое суток пребывания обошлись 379 евро ! В аппартаментах ПЛИТА ТОЛЬКО ДЛЯ КРАСОТЫ, ТАК КАК САМА ХОЗЯЙКА ДАЖЕ НЕ СМОГЛА ЕЕ ВКЛЮЧИТЬ, ХОТЯ ПООБЕЩАЛА НАМ ЕЕ НАЛАДИТЬ ! В итоге, мы жили даже БЕЗ чая и кофе, так как совершенно не было условий ! Как вошли в подьезд данных апартаментов - были ужасно шокированы состоянием подьезда, который напоминал подвал (обвалившаяся штукатурка, немытые полы, окна в подьезде). Было очень страшно заходить. И МЫ В ТОТ МОМЕНТ БЫЛИ ОЧЕНЬ РАДЫ, ЧТО ЖИВЕМ ИМЕННО В РОССИИ В городе КАЗАНИ, А НЕ В ВЕНЕЦИИ (ИТАЛИЯ)! Более того, в дополнительные 144 евро - входила уборка комнаты (по словам хозяйки), НО ХОЗЯКА ИМЕННО ПРИКАЗАЛА НАМ ПЕРЕД ОТЬЕЗДОМ ВЫКИНУТЬ САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНО МУСОР РАСПРЕДЕЛИВ ЕГО ПО ТРЕХ пакетам (стекло, бумага, пластик), УКАЗАВ адрес и время приезда водного транспорта, собирающего мусор. Наше время ушло - на поиски и ожидание этого мусорного транспорта, В ТО ВРЕМЯ КАК МЫ ДОЛЖНЫ БЫЛИ ПРОВЕСТИ ЕГО ОСМОТРОМ ДОСТОПРИМЕЧАТЕЛЬНОСТЕЙ ВЕНЕЦИИ . В общем , мы очень разочарованы как в этих апартаментах, так и вашим сайтом, который НЕ УТОЧНЯЕТ ТАКИХ ПОДРОБНОСТЕЙ ! положительное только то, что апартаменты располагаются в центре города

superbe appartement au centre de Venise

Spacieux, calme, très propre et super bien placé...que demander de plus ? L'accueil très sympathique avec explications des bons plans pour manger et visiter, sur une carte de Venise offerte, c'est vraiment parfait, rien à redire pour un sejour en famille à Venise.

Siamo stati benissimo

Appartamento grande e ben arredato a nuovo, completo di tutto, si trova in una posizione eccezionale! Adiacente al canal grande , e a Rialto che è punto cardine per muoversi a Venezia, quindi centralissimo. Sotto poi c'è un bar per la colazione elegante e con prezzi normali. Validissimo.
