Wonderful place to stay. Right on the water. There is a water taxi right in front of the hotel. Great views, away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Just a charming area, it's like walking back in time to get there. Super clean, well worth it, with modern and old charm. Front desk clerk was wonderful. Venice is a once in a lifetime!

Superb accom right next to the train station and easy walking distance to all sights .. water bus right outside.... lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Very clean apt very thoughtful to leave us free beer and snacks and water and juice and the kids were in the penthouse duplex and they had Nutella and jam ! Beds comfortable, air con quiet and very efficient, shower very good and spotless , entry and exit door codes very simple .. all in all an excellent property and would highly recommend.

A absolutely ‘first class’ stay at the Palazzina Riva. Immaculately beautiful accommodation with great attention to detail. Fantastic and friendly staff. The key codes on the main entrance and apartments felt extra safe. Very highly recommended Take the vaporetto line 1 from right outside the building which takes you the full length of the grand canal and shows all the sights. Highly recommend staying here, 10/10.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations for a hotel in Europe, it was a large apartment with bedroom and dressing area, separate open wardrobe, equipped kitchen and dining room with smart TV A view of the grand canal and the most fanctmy and best shower experience Ive ever had, with water jets spraying from all angles. Friendly and helpful staff

Friendly check in and lots of communication prior. Easy walk from train station and water bus stop out the front making it easy to get to other parts of Venice. Modern room with plenty of space. Lots of restaurants etc within easy walking distance. Happy to recommend

Perfect holiday

The Rialto Bridge is a 15-minute walk away, so I enjoyed my morning walk there. There were also delicious restaurants nearby, which was very helpful on tiring evenings walking around the city.

Absolute perfect location! We were in Venice for 3 nights and couldn't be happier with our stay. Firstly, the location was only a 10 minute walk from St. Lucia train station and secondly the water bus stop was literally right outside our apartment window. The space itself was immaculately clean. Messaging with the owners was simple and prompt. If ever we get the chance to return to Venice, we will definitely be staying at Palazzina Riva. A true gem of Venice.

The property is perfectly located right on the canal, directly in front of the waterbus stop, and just a short walk from the main train station. The room was spacious, well appointed, and very quiet. Check-in was smooth and straightforward. Getting around couldn’t have been easier with the waterbus right at the doorstep — a great base for exploring the city.

The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained. The atmosphere feels elegant but still comfortable, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city.
