“How wonderful it was to open the curtains in the morning and look out and see the sea panorama of Ischia Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento all in one sweep. That alone was worth staying here, but in addition, the room was comfortable. The facility was clean and charming. Only mention is our room had a tub set up only and was a little slippery tricky to get in and out for a shower. The staff were superb and helpful at every turn. “Monte Solaro was one of our favourite places to stay in Italy! Constanzo was an amazing host. It is a very steep treck up to the property and he offered to transport our luggage by car when we arrived and brought us back to the bus station when departing. He was even kind enough to drive us to a restaurant in town - it was a great recommendation. Dinner was delicious. The breakfast was fabulous every morning. There was fresh juice, croissants, yogurt, meat and cheese. The views at the property……
