“This iconic hotel in Capri is the best. A lot of people like the Quisisana but to me there is no comparison. The Punta Tragara is located just a beautiful walk outside of the main plaza so you don’t get the day tripper noise and foot traffic. “The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Capri. The views alone are absolutely spectacular—waking up to that scenery every day was unforgettable and truly made the trip feel special.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes such a difference when traveling. They were helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

“If you have limited time in Capri and you wish to go to the Blue Grotto and Monte Solaro Chairlift, please don't stay at this hotel as it is not closed to both attractions. After arriving at the pier from ship, it take you 15mins for travelling taxi and 10 mins walk to hotel. It is very inconvenient!
