"After traveling half way across the world to see Iceland for the first time, with just 30 minutes before check in time we had still not received check in instructions. I reached out to the host, who responded by canceling our reservation. He said he wasn't able to get the cleaning done and wasn’t in the area. There we were 3 hours in the middle of nowhere and no place to stay. I pleaded with him. He was cort and said he had meant to cancel us earlier but had forgotten. We were left completely...

"The girl overseeing everything during our two-night stay at the hotel is fantastic. She cooked the most delicious scrambled eggs every morning, helped with all our requests, and provided the best laundry services for us, on top of everything else she is responsible for. Her superb service was greatly appreciated and made our stay at the Volcano Hotel the most enjoyable. "
