“The staff weren't overly helpful or friendly. The pool was small- so the teens didn't want to go in when there were people there, and there was a weird smell in the halls. Also when you went into the room the AC wasn't on so the room felt and smelled damp. Breakfast was not good. Because we were in the week there wasn't any meat or protien. There was just a biscuit and waffles... But for us it was meant just as a quick stop over- do laundry ( which we ended up having to go somewhere……

“This place is an actual dump. It is contracted with the state to house homeless people. And the people that live there are disgusting. Had I known any of this I never would have booked it! Only one elevator worked and it stopped working when we were on it. Luckily we didn't get stuck for very long. The refrigerator doesn't work neither of the pools were available or working and the whole place was hot and smelled like hot trash. Immediately went to a different Hotel. Struggled to get a refund.……
