“Decor around the property and rooms are very outdated, but everything is clean and smells somewhat fresh. The rooms are clean, beds are ok, bathrooms clean and the price is a good value with Blackburn College and the town just a few minutes away.”

The space was comfortable and we had everything we needed during our stay. Check-in was easy and the entire experience was stress free. We highly recommend this property! ”

“My individual room was not what was advertised. The bathroom had clear water damage that was poorly fixed, water pressure was not great. There was poor patch work done on damages throughout the bathroom and room as a whole.”

“I tried to get in contact with the owner to see if I can book an extra night a few days before our stay as our plans changed and we were able to stay another night. Owner never replied to me. Our check in time was at 5pm. When we got to the vrbo property the house was a complete mess. The person that was supposed to clean the property did not show up until 5:30-6pm and it took her a few hours to clean. So we did not have the property to ourselves until later on that night and could not leave……
