“There’s a terrible smell in the room.”

“I love the first night with the lady that checked us in she was very nice to me and not only me but my kids but the young big guy working was very rude and nasty to us. Not just the night after check n we added a day to our stay we live in town on our central air went out ...well. We needed one more day I went through Expedia with my card and he tried to get me to pay again . When I confirmed he never even apologized. Then that night lady came back old guy and his wife was complaining at 9;30 it……

“There were people loitering around this building and it looked deserted. The lobby was nice, but when I checked in, the attendant gave me a key to a room and said go check it and then come back down. I looked at her a little confused and she repeated herself, go check it and see if it's ok and then come back down to finish checking in. This should have been the leaving time. Instead we went up to a room that had horribly stained box springs and ac that didn't work. One of the elevators was out……

“This brand new home was perfect for our holiday vacation. Kristin and Terry were wonderful hosts, and there were many lovely personal touches throughout the home. The space was comfortable and we had everything we needed during our stay. Check-in was easy and the entire experience was stress free. We highly recommend this property! ”
