“Liked adequate handicapped parking, helpful check in associate, grab bars in tub/shower, spacious room, plenty of AC outlets, room to open suitcases, fridge & microwave in room. Dislike lack of any really good water pressure and slippery tub flooring (was later informed at check out that I could have requested a floor mat, which they have a limited number of), and, I disliked noisy neighbors (and their walls are thin). When I called the front desk to tell them about this, the noise continued……

“There were people loitering around this building and it looked deserted. The lobby was nice, but when I checked in, the attendant gave me a key to a room and said go check it and then come back down. I looked at her a little confused and she repeated herself, go check it and see if it's ok and then come back down to finish checking in. This should have been the leaving time. Instead we went up to a room that had horribly stained box springs and ac that didn't work. One of the elevators was out……
