“Larchwood Motel is well located. However it is severely lacking in up-keep and maintenance. Upon entering the unit it was smelly - stale alcohol/smoke. We opened up the room (it was freezing) for 15 minutes or so to air it out. The curtains are shabby and ill fitting on some windows. The bathroom was adequate but again shabby, a soiled towel had been left on the hook from a previous stay. The one positive is that the bedding/beds were clean and crisp. “WOW, Just Wow! 😍 Was booking from the bottom of Western Australia and saw this property and knew I had to book it - and it certainly didn't disappoint. Excellent communication from owners, even offering to heat up hot tub in advance. The Isobel Dome is divine and so beautifully appointed. Very comfortable bed with lovely linens and blankets.
