If you're spending some time in Wakayama Marina City, Porto Europa and Kuroshio Market are top sights worth seeing.

The room was spacious enough and the layout was good for doing some PC work. Very nice breakfast buffet. Been there seven years ago for business and will definitely use it again.

The concert hall was pretty close to the main station and the station had a good amount of shopping and dining inside. I didn't spot the ramen places (they're apparently famous for it) and it was incredibly difficult to hail a cab on the street.
