“I had a very disappointing experience with this property and would not recommend it. Communication was poor from the beginning. The owner did not answer calls and failed to return messages. When I finally reached him, he denied the luggage storage option that had previously been discussed before check-in. During our conversation, he was rude, raised his voice, and was unprofessional. “The place is centrally located. A lot of info was missing. We know Europe isn’t as equipped for summers (and heatwaves like we experienced) so we looked for air conditioning which was listed as an amenity. Not only was the property only equipped with a fan - when we contacted the host they tried to tell us that the fan was a European air conditioner because it worked on a water base. They sent someone 24 hours into our rental who brought a water-based fan, which improved it slightly, but this……

“我們有4個人，租這家附有廚具的飯店兩晚。我們準備食材打算在飯店煮晚餐，但我們到飯店時發現雖然有爐具，但却沒有任何一個鍋子（包括湯鍋跟炒鍋），有烤箱，卻沒有烤架、烤盤。 我們打第一次電話給飯店，飯店說馬上送來，我們等了一小時，打了第二次電話，飯店說20分鐘會到，於是我們等了兩小時，沒有半個人來，飯店讓我們一直等也都沒聯絡我們，我們打了第三次電話，結果飯店說晚上不送來了，要隔天早上9:00後才送，我們要求賠償，飯店要我們寫mail，我們寫了，到現在沒有收到任何回覆。 隔天早上，我們外出時，飯店送來兩個湯鍋放在爐上，一個直徑約24公分，一個約直徑12公分，不僅小，而且還很髒。這樣的服務真的太差了，附有廚具卻不能讓人做飯，跟飯店所提的設備根本不相符，飯店是違約的。”
