“Great place”

“Room and property was warm, inviting and very comfortable. The only issue that was NOT under the control of the manager was a crowd of young partiers who were loud at the beach. I will be back and have already mentioned to friends the great location and quality property.”

“Arrived at 1:30pm and was told I could check in early for a $25 fee! No thanks. Sat by the pool that was green. Pool towels were paper thin. Front desk staff was confrontational. Room king bed only had 3 hard pillows, no extra blankets in the room. Only two sets of towels .. toilet barely flushed and no hot water for shower. Remote control had no back piece to cover batteries and most outlets did not work. Breakfast was less than appealing. I would not recommend staying here .. there are far……

“The Falmouth Inn is in a great location, especially if you're taking the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard—it's just a short walk away. Overall, the hotel appeared reasonably clean, but it had a slightly worn, not-quite-clean feel. When we checked in, there weren't any towels in the bathroom, but a staff member who was working nearby quickly brought some to our room, which we appreciated. The indoor pool was nice, although I don't think the retractable roof has ever been opened. Opening……

“Beds very comfortable. Room was dark, carpet is old and had a musty smell. Needs renovating, especially since the amount charged was extremely high for the condition of the room.”

“The property was very shaded so it helped keep the rooms cool. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will stay again.”

“Stayed here before but not sure if under new ownership. Rooms clean and comfortable. Parking adequate. Would have liked a small microwave in-room and more shelf space in the bathrooms. Didn’t like asking for room service everyday. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast was just ‘ok’. Something was always gone. Went out for coffee and breakfast some days. Not sure I would stay again.”

“Room very clean but in need of repair. Would have liked more coffee mugs and a bigger keurig pot. We had a suite with an adjoining room and a tiny single pot in suite was insufficient. It was not a keurig so did not take Keurig pots left in room. The room was very quiet and comfortable and with a few amenities, we would return.”

“Room was very nice, layout well thought out, clean, very comfortable, bright, and airy. Appeared to be newly renovated. Staff were friendly. The only negative was that the pool was not open yet. We would happily stay here again next year.”
