“The property was as described. Found the property clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. There are plenty of linens and pillows, and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our adventure to the Big Thicket. Also close to a small lake with a swimming area.”

“I try to be fair when reviewing properties, and I understand that no rental will ever be absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below even basic cleanliness and hospitality standards.I arrived shortly after check-in and immediately noticed signs that the property had not been properly prepared between guests, including a toilet that had been left unflushed. As I continued inspecting the unit, I found additional concerns throughout the property, including grime on high-touch……
