“After I booked the vrbo and after I paid in full and after I could no longer receive a refund, they told me I had to agree to a contract or else I couldn’t stay there and I wouldn’t be given a refund. I was not happy at all about this. If there is an agreement that needs to agreed to, it should be at payment time, not after the fact.Most of the agreement was fine, but I had a problem with them saying “the pool may not be heated, and the water pressure may be bad” and a few other things. “This property was wonderful. It had everything we could have possible needed for a month stay. Close to all the wonderful family activities in St. George and a close commute to the national parks!”

“Very spacious for my family and I. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved how modern the place was and how well the kitchen was stocked with kitchen appliances. ”

“My mother and I were in St. George visiting family friends. The condo very adequately met our needs regarding level of service, professionalism, cleanliness, comfort, location, amenities, etc. The only suggestion we make is a need for better water pressure in the bathrooms (showers and sinks) and the short length of the water spickets at the sinks make it a little hard to thoroughly wash your hands. Still yet, that would not deter us from staying here again. We still recommend this condo……
