This is a perfect location if you want to stay in a safe neighborhood that is close, but not too close to the hustle & bustle of the D.C. area. You can travel easily by walking, bike, or 2 metros located within walking distance.



This is a private house with no shared spaces. You have access to your own kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, and three bedrooms over approximately 1584 square ft

You will be delighted with everything you need for a cozy stay. Pete was by far the best host I’ve ever had on VRBO. Beautiful, clean townhome’s an amazing find. Definitely hoping to stay again!

Lovely Stay in Old Town

Lovely property. The host was very welcoming and did a wonderful job with communication. The property has a great kitchen and a beautiful fireplace. We didn't get into the hot tub sadly but also found it very dog-friendly. Would certainly recommend.

Great host and site!

My family and I had a wonderful experience with this home. The host was a great communicator and the property exactly as described. We enjoyed the and amenities and special touches from the host and his flexibility. We have three small little ones and they were comfortable and had plenty of room. If we come to DC area again, we will be back!

Happy home for family and pet

Came to Alexandria for 4th to visit our daughter for the week. First time be in DC for the holiday. Brought out family dog so our daughter could visit with her. Really enjoyed the backyard and easy walking neighborhood. Wonderful neighbors. Pete had a home equipped for us and our pet. Truly felt at home. Easy to walk to Old Towne and to metro. wait til you try the cookies !! 😃 Thank you

Wonderful Experience

This was a great place to stay. The communication with the owner was prompt, informational, and courteous. The home was clean, modern, and inviting. There were many amenities that aren’t commonly provided in rentals. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the top of King Street, where there are many shops and restaurants. There is also the free trolley that goes to the waterfront if you don’t want to walk. The King St Metro was about a 15 minute walk and the Blue Line took us right to Arlington Cemetery and the Smithsonian. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!
