Clementine Cottage is a completely remodeled 125-year-old home in Historic Washington, MO just blocks from the Downtown District and an easy 10 minute walk to the Washington Park and Fair Grounds.

The deck, front porch and fenced-in-yard are perfect for your little family getaway or a girls trip to visit the many local wineries.

The bathroom has a bamboo ceiling and a shower to die for. We have all the essentials in case you forget.

Hope you are a coffee lover! We also own three Drive-Thru Coffee stands in the area and would love for you to visit while you are out and about. If you are visiting during the week and need to get work done, come visit our Coworking Center & Coffee House. And if you are visiting on the right day, you might get to experience a tasting in our Coffee Roastery. Our business is Exit 11 Coffee, but the little orange drive-thru's are fondly nicknamed Clementine for their bright orange color. Check out our locations https://www.exit11coffee.com/locations

And of course you will be treated with our Certified Organic coffee during your stay. We have pre-ground so you can make a pot before you head out for the day.

The Clementine Cottage is just a 20 min drive to Missouri wine country in Augusta and about 45 minutes to St. Louis.

Adorable house and quite location
Warm and welcoming home with extremely comfortable beds. The host communicated with us in advance that the trash can foot pedal was not working, which was not a big deal, but the advance communication was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Weekend wine trip
Stayed here for quick weekend getaway. Perfect location for seeing MO wine country. 15 minutes from Augusta and 30 minutes to Hermann. Downtown Washington has plenty to do as well. We had dinner at The Old Dutch Tavern and breakfast at Cowans. Angela is a great host and the house is exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again.

The Cottage was so comfortable and was perfect for my daughter and I. It had everything we could think of that we’d possibly need, is located in a nice residential neighborhood, and is decorated so cute. Great little house!
Loved this little place. Everything was immaculate. It was such a clean and pretty place. Bonus front and back porch areas were so nice for sitting outside. We had a lovely time in this property. It was so so cute, on a very quiet street. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck to watch a storm roll in. I would absolutely stay here again for another girls weekend in Washington!

Three friends stayed here while we enjoyed a little shopping & dining in Washington, MO. Great little place, close to the riverfront & easy to find. The owner also owns a Coffee shop that we tried & bought several bags of their delicious coffee! Will stay here again if I am ever back in Washington!

The cutest little cottage
The Clementine Cottage was above and beyond what we expected. It was super clean and so very cute!!! It felt like home. I couldve stayed there forever. It was so comfortable. My only regret is that we couldnt stay longer. We were pretty much there just to shower and sleep and didnt have nearly enough time to enjoy all the features of this cutie pie of a home. Thank you for sharing this gem!

Darling bungalow with great use of space + amenities
My friends and I loved our stay in the two bedroom one (huge) bath bungalow. Our favorite area was the kitchen, which had plenty of room to hangout/ chat at the island while having breakfast. The space both on the front porch and back deck were bonuses and much appreciated!

Fantastic long weekend in Washington Missouri
Arrived in town at a super cool little cottage. Everything inside was clean and in great working order. From the linens to the towels and kitchen implements the place was very well appointed. We played several great Yahtzee games and even broke out the twister game. The living room was super comfortable and the furniture was like new. Angela was easy to reach via text and the location to the local shopping and night life was perfect. We will for sure look up this place again when we return.
