“No breakfast at all ”

“Sheets were very DINGY….”

“Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. ”

“It had roaches, bedding was dirty, room had a smell.”

“We checked in and found our room door was open and a fan in the room drying the carpet which was still wet. Went back to desk they removed the fan.the room was suppose to have a refrigerator but was not there.i went back to front desk she came to room to check then had one brought to us.the room had no chair to sit in at all. They hadto bring a chair for us.noticed room cold found a window open .there was only one partial roll toilet paper no extra one.again had to ask for another roll there was……

“Breakfast was great as always! I did not use the laundry service. I always have a fresh, clean room when I arrive.”

“Bedding was so comfortable. Room was quiet. Nice selection for breakfast and the food was good.”

“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I……

“Clean room and nice staff. Could hear the kids going to and from the pool/stairs (didn't bother me but might someone else). Reserved the room over a month ago, did the pre-check in that asked what time I'll be there, and my room still wasn't ready. They said give them 30 minutes, still wasn't ready again so they sent someone in there. Finally called me after like 30 minutes or so ”

“The location was not at all like the pictures. We opted not to stay after we had checked in. We were out the cost of the room but for my family’s comfort and safety we decided to stay at an alternate location as it was not at all what we thought it would be. ”

“We left after viewing our room. After giving the room 5 minutes of our attention we decided the conditions were so nasty, we felt more comfortable paying double some where else. The staff was nice and apologetic almost like they are use to these complaints ”

“Everything was great with the exception of the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was absolutely the rudest person ever and should not be working with people. I've never complained about an employee of a hotel before. Everything else was great but wouldn't stay again unless she is gone. No reason to be rude to guests ”

“They had little black spiders there in the hotel room and the pool was tiny my kids didnt go swimming bcuz the pool was too packed with people,and the room was small for a suite and had trash from the previous person under the bed and on side the dresser,the staff was rude also.and they overcharged me.”
