Hotel was clean. There were several options for the weeekend and we chose SC bc of the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was empty and the area taped off. Wish we would have known prior. All in all it was a good stay. Probably a little overpriced without all amenities available.

Stayed during a Biker Convention that I was not told about. Several of there members thought it was okay to lay on my pickup truck and just talk. Lobby halls and stairways were dirty. Room floors were sticky

We had a room on the 3rd floor with a vaulted ceiling and the hallways on our floor had them as well. It made it look really nice. The breakfast was okay and the room was clean. The only complaint would be the pool was crowded and the hot tub is not operational. There is a casino right down the street also. We would stay again.

The customer service agent at the desk was friendly and knowledgable and helpful. They are understaffed on cleaning and the furniture in their 'theme rooms' is damaged.

It was an average hotel at best. I stayed here because of the reviews. It was semi run down and old. The door to the bathroom got stuck, there is no fan in the bathroom and gets super hot and humid after showering. There was a layer of dust in the bathroom which I thought would be cleaner than the rest of the room. Beds were not comfortable and old, and small,they could use a major update. I would not stay here again it just didn't make me feel comfortable. Staff was barely around. The tables were filthy at 1pm when breakfast had been over for a while. Our room wasn't serviced at all. The cool thing about the hotel is the location but that was it

The room was ok. The bathroom and shower were very good. The staff wrote the wrong room number on the envelope so our key card did not work. It was a long walk down the hall and the hall was very warm. When we finally got to the right room and turned on the tv we couldn't change the station and the volume on the remote did not work. Couldn't find the ice machine to fill the ice bucket.
