But unfortunately the whole unit smelt so bad, just stunk of mould.
It was everywhere in the bathroom
Water leaking in the bathroom and you can see and smell the mould in the bedroom walk-in closet where it’s coming through.
We only stayed because we had 1 night booked and had a super early flight or we would of left straight away.
Which is unfortunate because the location is good, the gym and pool are great. "

"The Centara Riverside provides good value for money, excellent service and very good facilities including a great outdoor pool. The hotel is a 10-15 minute Grab ride from the action at the centre of Chiang Mai. But our tours, one out of town and the other Mama Noi cooking class provided transportation from the Hotel.
This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Centara Riverside and our 3rd stay at a hotel in the Centara chain. So, yes, we recommend it highly."

"Customer Service was excellent. Free water when you check-in and anytime during your stay. Swimming pool was great for kids as it wasn't too deep. Food was excellent at hotel. Only suggestion I would have is for them to change out the shower head as it shoots water way too high and there is no way to angle it down for showering. The best part was they can drive you to the airport and help with your luggage. Hotel location is 5 mins from airport. We had 8:45am flight the next day."

There are signs stating no smoking, but my room in the evenings was inundated with cigarette smoke. Upon checkout I advised the lobby staff, they just smiled and handed me my receipt. I don't think they understood. That's my first and last stay at a B2."

"Booked here very last minute due to a change in plans, and ended up LOVING the stay. From the moment you’re greeted out front to the minute you leave, everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The rooms, atmosphere, pool area, and dining are STUNNING, and the staff is so attentive and amazing. Room service was so amazing, and the cleaning was immaculate. They even found out we had a birthday to celebrate and brought a cake to our room. I would always recommend! "
