員工親切，有問必答。早餐蠻簡單的，選擇性不多，而且吃早餐的地方很空曠，所以冷氣不冷，邊吃邊流汗。客房電視無法看YT，日本台收訊也很模糊，體驗不佳。基本上洗髮精，沐浴乳，牙刷牙膏有配置。住3晚，第二天回房在厠所有一隻活蟑螂😣。晚上回飯店正門大廳會上鎖，由側門進出。臨近BTS帕卡儂，交通算方便。

The front desk insisted that I ordered the breakfast which I did not. Also, I ordered a king-sized room with two twin beds but the lady insisted that I ordered a king-sized room with one bed! We had to move up and down five times before the matter was resolved (after I showed them the picture in the Web site) The location is good though, right next to One Bangkok MRT station. I would say that is is not a 5 Star hotel but 4 star only! We
