“There was nobody at the desk when we arrived for check-in. Multiple bell-rings, knocking on the staff door, walking the length of the hotel inside, and then the circumference of the hotel outside yielded zero staff members. It wasn't until I was circling back around the hotel that my partner came outside and said someone finally showed up at the front desk. Absolutely ridiculous. The room (room 112 iirc, it was first floor) had a dead lamp, moldy artwork in the bathroom, and a TV with an……

“因为第二天上午要带儿子面试学校，下午又要赶机场，所以在入住时提出能否延迟退房，这样可以赶回来换上旅行的装备，前台接待很痛快地说到12点。房间很大，也很舒服，酒店所处位置很好，周边有加油站、超市、餐饮，但房间都非常安静，对于自驾而言，是非常不错的选择。”

“Front desk attendant Grace was amazing from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to help us and even brought extra sheets, etc to our room herself. She answered all questions and was extremely nice, polite and professional. Our king suite was very roomy and clean. The only thing we would have appreciated is a chair. There is more than enough room. Breakfast was good and kids loved the you make waffles with whipped cream and sprinkles!”

“Fantastic stay ”

“This Hotel is horrible! It looks as if it hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Carpets are all stained, bedding was stained, hair in the sheets, secondary security lock was broken on the inside of the door. People were smoking cigarettes and marijuana as you could smell it everywhere. It was like 100 room trap house. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, after all she doesn’t own the place she just works there. They charged me $50 to cancel my stay. This place needs torn down so a decent……

“The room was updated and very clean. Exceeded my expectations. It was the only hotel/motel in the area, which caused concern but, they have done a good job keeping it up to date.”

“Would not recommend, I booked a week in advance. Went to go check in, there was a sign on the door saying “not available till after 4”. We were heading back to get checked in and got an email stating we were cancelled. ”
