“Wife and I took daughter and her best friend to a concert across the street. The location and convenience of this place is perfect. We will be looking to stay here in the future.”

“We had a group of 8 women attending a conference in Washington DC stay together. The space was perfect for us with each bedroom having its own bath and gathering space to accommodate the whole group. We were also pleasantly surprised that all 8 of us could shower and get ready at the same time with no issues. Location was great for either driving or using car service to get to/from events. We agreed we would also stay there again - a great overall rating from the group. Thanks for sharing……

“This was the cleanest and most well stocked home I have ever rented. I appreciate how quickly and easily Peter communicated with me. We lacked nothing. The neighborhood is great, I felt very safe. I walked around the block with a two year old without hesitation. We stayed over July 4 with families from 4 different states, ages 2-72. We walked everywhere. Parking was simple with Peter’s directions. We appreciate the care he takes to keep his home clean and cared for.”

“Property was clean and in a great location. Included parking space greatly reduced stress of travel. Location was in walking distance to many nice restaurants and activities as well as access to metro to get to the mall and Smithsonian museums. I would stay here again without hesitation. ”

We hardly drove all week. Even when we did it was easy to find parking when we came home. The hosts are very approachable and helpful with questions. Property was clean and well kept.
