"The house is tiny but nicely designed and built. It has all the necessities, a fire pit, a grill (outdoor) and direct access to a private dock where you can enjoy the lake view and fishing. We are also glad to know we are the first guests so everything is brand new. We enjoyed our stay. My kids love the fire pit, grill, house etc. My husband loves the fishing. "Very friendly check in experience. The hotel was catering to the runners staying for the local marathon. They opened breakfast early for this purpose, a first for me. Much appreciated. Clean safe quiet rooms with easy parking. The only opportunity for improvement in my opinion would be to upgrade outlets to include USB charging ports. "

"This property is right outside of the town of Watkins glen. Convenient to everything around it. The rooms all face Lake Seneca which is gorgeous to view from our porch. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. We had our own parking space right in the front of the room. It's an older motel but the rooms were updated with a fridge and a microwave. Great price also!"

"The house was amazing. Clean, and had every amenity imaginable. Full service kitchen. Multiple TV and sitting areas. Pool table, ping pong table, cards, board games. There was a full individually prepared breakfast every morning with fruit, bagels, muffins, eggs, French toast, bacon, sausage, juice, coffee, the works. Highly recommended as a great reasonably priced get away. I would suggest doing this stay with friends, the accommodations are perfect for this type of trip to the finger lakes ( Seneca ) region!"
