"Didn’t get my bags off the cart and had to change Rose three times. First room had hair all in the shower. Toilet had poop smeared down the side. Dirty towel was left on the floor. Second room. Once again. Toilet was completely filthy. Mirrors looked like they found the dirtiest towels to wipe them down with. Finally, the third row. Wasn’t the cleanest, but it was the best one out of the three. Lady at the desk was extremely embarrassed. She gave me 3000 points for inconvenience. As soon as her manager found out. She took the points back and told me I was being too picky I guess wanting a clean room that I paid for is just completely absurd."
