“No pool no breakfast not as website!!”

“No one was at the desk when we got there.. there were signs saying pick up the phone for check in. We had to let it ring and hang up and re do it at least 5 times. We waited in the lobby atleast 10 minutes. We almost canceled our stay and then he came.. it also said closed on the pinpads. I couldn’t understand him really well and I thought he said that we were on the fifth floor. There’s only 3 floors. We were on the first. We get into our room and it’s warm. We then start to smell mold. We then……

“Phone in room would flash red light periodically, and an alarm went off, which was false alarm but front desk didn't know how to turn off. All good thought.”

“Room full of dead flies and living spiders. There was an off putting smell I assumed was mildew in the hotel. The furniture was stained and the extra pillow and blanket was covered in white stains or mildew spots. I was unable to receive a refund after checking into room, looking around it for 10 minutes and asking to check out with a refund. Desk clerk reported that a refund would be performed but I never received one. Terrible experience. When I arrived the business had changed hands. I don’t……
