This Hotel is in need of renovation. The only change is the name on the sign "Bally's. It is extremely overpriced based on the appearance of the hotel room. I will not recommend nor stay at this Hotel again unless it is complimentary.

We found nothing unique about this property. Our stay was not that great. When we initially got there and checked in, they gave us a room that someone was already in. Had to go back down and get a different room. They charged us when we first got there, then have charged us again. So we were out quite a bit of money just for the room that wasn't worth what we paid. There is no mini fridge in the rooms. Needed that for medicine. We will not stay at a Bally's hotel again. We felt it was poor service all the way around.

Our reservation was for 2 queens. When we checked in we were told they didn’t have 2 queens so we had to take 1 king. We wanted to stay in the Ballys hotel but had to stay at the legends.

Our room was filthy, the chair and foot stool are covered in stains, not to mention the cushions and the foot stool did not match the chair they were in. Our toilet would'nt flush and when it did flush it ran the entire stay. We paid over $300.00 for this room and it is not any better, or maybe its worse than any motel 6 or super 8 I've ever stayed in. And our room smells, I mean reaks of marijuana!! I will never pay to stay in this casino and I will not recommend this place to anyone. I won't make a special trip downtown to go to the casino, when I visit Evansville again.
