“Great location! Walking distance from everything. Parking garage was literally feet from the building. We enjoyed the record player and records. Some small things that stood out were Toilet paper - not cheap, good quality Towels - big and good quality Coffee- thanks! Saved a morning trip for us! We brought wine and then remembered we had no wine glass. Surprise ! The host thought of that too. My one negative- floors are original and have their fair share of squeaking. Would stay again! ”

“Very clean, great location, walking distance to any part of downtown. Lots of noise echoing, slamming doors from the other units all throughout the night. Had a visit from a rude repairman to fix the washing machine during day 2 of our stay, from what I can only think was for an issue reported prior to us staying there. It was never communicated to us that this was going to be taking place while we were there. The shower was large and spacious. The water pressure was not so great.”

“Info provided for directions was helpful since GPS did get confused... ours switched the names of the last 2 roads, but we were prepared and found it even though it was dark! It is a small condo, but worked for our purpose of a place to stay while touring some distilleries. Suggestion to help with the tiny bathroom... maybe another mirror with a table/shelf outside the bathroom or a table/ shelf in the bedroom so you could use the mirror there. Thank you! ”

“It is a clean place indoors. I would have liked having a side table next to the sofa, with a lamp so that I could read. We could only watch regular TV programming, streaming wasn't available to us. The building is old and it shows on the exterior. All that being said, the price was good for a place to land before we headed home. The hosts were friendly and welcoming in their notes about the area.”

“Location was absolutely perfect!! Love this place!Five stars across the board except I only gave it a four star because the cleaning crew did not clean underneath the sink in the hall bath because we found a pair of underwear from the previous tenants but that’s an easy fix. Just have them dig in a little deeper next time. We will definitely come back again.. it was well stocked and the perfect size for our group of eight.”

“Nice, clean, secure place to spend a week”

“We were impressed with the cleanliness of this home from the time that we walked in. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you would need to cook a meal for a large family. We appreciated the fact that the outdoor furniture cushions are kept inside so that they are dry and available to be used if the weather permits. The home is set up to accommodate families with small children (cabinet locks, electrical outlet covers, gates at the top and bottom of the steps, a baby monitor and a crib)....

“Nice place near downtown, Rupp Arena and Mansfield Music Hall. Everything you need for a great stay and easy walk to plenty of food options. Communication was great. Would stay again. ”

“Positives: very nice new property, nice furnishings, good location if you don't mind the construction around you which we didn't mind but some mightNegatives: no wifi so no tv, 2 washcloths for 3 people for 3 days, no shampoo or bath soap, floors weren't swept or mopped, carpet wasn't vacuumed, food left in cabinets and freezer, beds were made but not sure if sheets were actually washed, response from owner was lacking. Response from my first inquiry was I will check with previous tenants and...
