This is a fun Quality Inn. I have no idea what the design was but have never seen one with a large interior with trees and spiral staircases with tons of common area. The design alone is very interesting. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you can tell the owners are renovating a massive space. Once the pool and hot tub are working again, this will be a great budget-friendly option for folks.

This facility used to be a resort and conference center, and still has much of the grandeur in the interior, with an indoor pool and interior space. Quiet and roomy. Expedia sent the hotel the wrong room request, but the manager made it right because the confirmation had the correct room information.

We liked 1) the low price, 2) the convenient location, and 3) the room size. The staff was also luckily there to check us in when we arrived after midnight. We didn’t like 1) the smell in the room, an industrial-seeming deodorizer masking cigarettes; 2) the vending machine in the lobby ripped us off which was only by a few dollars, so it wasn’t the end of the world but when we approached the desk clerk (as the machine said to do for any problems), he challenged us and said it must have been right; I could have lived with the loss of the measly $3 but his unhelpful attitude was irritating; 3) the bathroom was a handicapped type which we didn’t request and the shower area had been installed badly so it looked hard to clean and thus had mildew (although the rest of the room was clean); plus water got on the floor; and the handheld-shower hook was only three feet off the ground with no hook at a normal higher spot, so I had to bend way down to wash or hold it in my hand the whole time. We managed but it was not good.

Floors were dirty. None of the lamp cords were in sockets. Neither of the pools were open. Charged $50.00 for dog to stay in this dump. There were no poop bags by the dog walking area. The halleay was very hot. When I dropped off the keys the next morning, a lady said there were bugs in her room. Will NEVER stay there again.

I had to work in the area and this place was a great choice. I had free breakfast and I was excited to use the pool. Infortunatelly, it was not open. I had a great time there and I was able to relax and sleep. People at the front desk are profesional and helpfull. Have a great week.

The staff was phenomenal. This place was so nice. Everything was close by. You could tell the rooms had been recently renovated. They have free board games for those nights when we didn’t want to go out and fight the cold. We stayed 6 nights and found Quality Inn was much more affordable and better than the other hotels around the area. We will be coming back here when we come back to visit family! Quiet, affordable and comfortable!
