“Location has the potential to be great but it is run down and needs A LOT of work. From first walking in, refrigerator was so dirty/dusty you could run your finger down it and have a film on your hand. Wood flooring in kitchen area is warped because of an obvious leak in the ceiling. Ceiling in the kitchen has brown water stains in the ceiling, floor tiles in the upstairs bathroom are cracked, ants kept coming in from outside, food left in the fridge and trash was left in and on the garbage can,……

“This is one of the best properties in the Pioneer Valley for the price. Comfortable, clean, and central. The team at Evolve and the local property manager are incredibly kind and responsive. Check-in was flawless and our stay was an absolute 10/10 from top to bottom. “Had a fantastic stay here with our family for our daughter's UConn graduation! The house is spacious, with large bedrooms, kitchen, and living space. The huge deck provided a great place to hang at night under the stars. Every amenity we needed was provided - kitchen was well stocked, we just needed to bring the food & drink. Beds were all quite comfortable and there would've been space for more. Lots of fun & games included as well. It was a little too chilly to use it but there was even a fire……
