“We had a wonderful stay in our fun, pirate themed suite. Which is really what caught our attention in making our reservation. It was so thoughtfully decorated, and suited the theme, while still being a comfortable place to enjoy being in. Everything was in wonderful condition, and had all the amenities we needed. Our host, Howie, was incredibly attentive, personable, and made sure we were taken care of. I was very disorganized, and he went out of his way to get me all the information we needed……

“We have been coming to Jiminy Peak for several decades. This rental did not have the basic cleanliness that would be expected anywhere. We came in to dirty dishes and dirty towels from the previous guest and had to wash them ourselves. There was no place to put our clothes, as all of the drawers were stuffed with dirty towels, random things like lightbulbs and pieces of a hairdryer, and piles of dirty sheets.There was no toaster, microwave did not work, and dryer did not work properly.
