"The room was spotless, the hostess Monica was super kind and helpful with everything, the room had everything I could need and the public transport was very close to the place. Amazing stay"

"Front desk staff were very helpful. "

"Staff were wonderful, room was clean and bed comfortable, even had a little balcony . Hotel about ten min outside city center , was super easy to get taxi service to and from everything.. would stay there again . Oh and the easiest parking of any hotel we stayed at in Italy !"

"Excellent base for exploring other cities - 20 minute walk from train station, 5 minute walk to bus stop, close to airport Marconi train. Good vibe about the hostel."

"I was very disappointed with this hotel. While the staff was nice, the original room that I was given was still dirty. I had to go back to the lobby where I was given a different room. The Wi-Fi connection did not work at all from the room. We had to go to the lobby to get better connection but there still was some issues. Also the hotel overall is not maintained and the shower was gross to shower in."

"Very comfortable bed, easy directions for entry and retrieving the key. Maybe a 10 minute walk through a great neighborhood to the Renato Dall'Ara Stadium."

"The communication was amazing, the location was great, the room was very big with comfortable beds. We were staying on the search floor and it was very challenging without elevator. And the room was too hot without air condition. The kitchen sponge was really dirty and there was no hanger in the shower for the towels. Overall tho was amazing"
