“I was traveling to family on the 4th of July and the weather suddenly got really bad. I had to stop For the night. Check-in was great. Very friendly people. The room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Parking with easy access to my room. I didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The sheets and towels seemed clean but the toilet was not. The owners also owned the convenience store and gas station so the desk wasn’t manned all the time. The door did chime to let them know someone came in. The breakfast only had packaged muffins, toast, cereal and instant oatmeal. It had a small size waffle maker. The jam for my toast was rubbery. Coffee was fine.”

“We ended up cutting our losses and not staying there. We felt very uncomfortable when we got there to get the keys. We tried calling when we got there to check in and the number was disconnected. A guy who stayed on the property was there and didn’t know that someone had booked a room. We had found out that a worker there was suicidal two days prior to us getting there. We did not feel comfortable staying there as adults, let alone with a child. Expedia made the listing much better than it……

“Cheryl was awesome upon check-in. This motel is American-owned and operated, centrally located within North Platte, with plenty of local food establishments within walking distance. 10/10 would return travelling through Nebraska.”

“While the exterior of the hotel could use a bit of an update and some more shaded areas, the inside completely makes up for it. The parking lot was clean, and as soon as we walked in, we noticed the lobby, hallways, and our room were spotlessly clean. Plus, there was none of that weird 'hotel smell' you get at a lot of places! The staff we interacted with were incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and made the check-in and check-out process an absolute breeze. We also really liked the indoor pool;……

“Only one staff member, it was very busy and had to wait awhile before we were able to get help, but he did a great job onde we were able to talk with jim. Didn't have enough bedding provided for the pull out couch in our room. The phone in our room did not work. Lots of options for breakfast.”

“SUPER-sized room was fantastic!! Extremely satisfied with our stay! Super clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Good laundry facilities .”

“We were informed in almost unintelligible English that they did not have a room available when we arrived and the desk clerk was either unable or unwilling to articulate what we would have to do in order to get a refund. Even though not having a room was definitely not a good thing, a positive element was that the place looked so sketchy we were almost glad we couldn't stay there.”

“The breakfast worker (Lisa?) was fabulous - so helpful and efficient and kind. My only complaint was the excessive amount of pigeon poop all over the entrance. This seems to be a design flaw with the overhang, as it seems to be a problem at Fairfield Inns I have stayed at. Other than that, FI's are great.”
