“Very good location, staffs, breakfast, and most important is good cost performance.”

“Thanks to the receptionist Samuel for his excellent service and recommendations for local dining restaurants. All the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful with personal warmth. The hotel itself is at great location, clean room, and free minibar provided. We had a wonderful experience staying in Marthof Hotel and will definitely stay here again next time when we come back. ”

“check in was fast and hazzle free. The Vietnamese lady at the front desk is exceptionally cheerful and helpful.Breakfast is also good. This is my second time in this hotel and will come back again.”

“The room is well equipped & comfortable. Have free drinking water. Friendly staff offer us use of umbrella. Location close to train station & city centre.”

“room is quite tiny . No refregeater. location is good！ ”

“I’ve already mentioned the lift not working and the decor being window dressing for a very poor refurb on an OLD hotel. The other thing was the hotel was slow to respond to messaging and everything was only written in German. Even their online check-in I struggled to do in English and guessed the inputs because the translation toggle on their website didn’t work fully. The Cafe Spitz looks beautiful. The hotel is very questionable and i wouldn’t return or recommend.”
