“I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall. "The stay was eye-opening, though not in a good way. The room carried a sharp odor, the carpet had multiple stains, and several surfaces were obviously not cleaned. Even the headboard was sticky, and the desk chair was missing a leg—hardly what you’d expect in any well-maintained hotel. Service at the front desk reflected the same lack of care: little acknowledgment when you arrive, almost inaudible communication, credit cards left on the counter instead of handed back, and no room number mentioned with the key. If this were a budget roadside inn, it might be easier to overlook. But this is Hyatt, a brand I’ve trusted for consistent quality. The gap between reputation and reality here was striking. I left wondering if the Hyatt sign out front was just for decoration. "
