The only issues we ran into was the WiFi not working (which was something noted in the listing that it may/may not work) and the upstairs being 80 degrees despite the AC unit downstairs. We had to sleep on the couch the first night since downstairs was much cooler. A guest also had issues trying to contact the cabin to be let into the gate so I had to walk there in the middle of the night when they arrived to let them in but...
