No drinking cups in the room. Had to keep asking for them. Air conditioner blows into the window curtains. Have to keep the curtains open to cool the room. These things are minor. Would stay at this hotel again. It is located in a good area with lots of restaurants and stores very close.

The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests. I did notice, however, that the beds in the room seemed a bit smaller or shorter than usual. The shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet flush didn’t always work properly, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel.
