A suddenly popped out rule by the front desk guy as if it was on the spott a personal made rule without having any notion of notice on the wall explaining about this rule for everybody. Sooo unproffesional. I told him why previously and yesterday there was not such a rule!!! He insisted and I paid! But it left me with a very negative impression which I have to think if ai want to go back again or encourage my friends to go there. It's more of a rustic vibe. But it's so close to the mountain that you really can't get a better deal. The outdoor pool is heated bring your robe. The hot tub is right next to the pool so if you go during a snow fall it could be a lot of fun to check them out. I was there in the spring so no snow at the village base but alpine conditions were very good."
