"This has to be the only place that I haven’t had to clean the refrigerator when I walk in the door. It is spotless. It’s a well stocked kitchen and plenty of bathroom towels etc."

Lake front paradise with gorgeous views of Big Lake

10/10 Excellent
"Ken was an amazing host. Our stay exceeded our expectations. This is the most beautiful, tranquil property. Our 11 year old had a blast fishing, playing tennis, and making smores. It was easy to bring our pup too. We were so sad to leave. Will be dreaming about this place for months."

Anderson's Waterfront Cottage on Duck Lake

Anderson's Waterfront Cottage on Duck Lake

10/10 Excellent
"Clean comfortable cabin in the woods.Water well smells like sulfur. Bring your own water for drinking. If you’re looking for seclusion and a chance to disconnect from the world, this is your place. Beautiful lake to explore from the canoe and row boat provided with rental . Definitely paddle into the streams that feed and pour out of the lake.I brought my own kayak which I fished from successfully. We cooked dinner using the charcoal grill and enjoyed the campfire pit. We bought bundles of wood on the way in not realizing there was a wood pile at the house. We will be returning for sure."

Nicatous Lake Lodge & Cabins - Entire Property!

Nicatous Lake Lodge & Cabins - Entire Property!

10/10 Excellent
"We rented the whole place and had a magical week. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating and made everything easy. The place is beautiful, definitely rustic, but that's fine. The water and boats worked perfectly. We camped on islands and had adventures every day. The Kitchen is big and functional. We were a very large group and needed a bit more refrigeration, but I know the hosts are working on that. The caretakers made our stay even better. Food truck is a boon. The vibe of the whole place is very special, lost in time. We are already planning to try to return next year."

"Josh and his wife have a unique experience on their property with the tasting room, restaurant and occaisional live entertainment. Check dates and times of operation for the extras. Very friendly. The room was very clean and well appointed. The fridge contained a couple of frozen breakfast items with additional snacks in the fridge and dry treats as well. I look forward to going back when I can enjoy more of the amenities."
