“The first floor room was close to a very loud and busy street. I thought perhaps new weather stripping around the door would help in the future. The apples in the choice of continental breakfast items were old and bruised and the hot water dispenser for tea failed to work. But the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is old and needs some upgrades but I did feel safe there.”

This was both concerning and unpleasant, especially from a cleanliness and health perspective. What made this experience particularly surprising is that I have stayed at your hotel before and had a wonderful experience.
