The internet was out all 3 days I was there which was inconvenient because I was there to look at property in the area.The room I stayed in was fairly small with a tiny refrigerator, so a longer stay really would be hard to navigate with food and beverages. There's just no place to put food. Also a T.V. would be nice, especially with no internet connection.Also you are in the middle of a community of homes and some apartments with lots of residents and ranch workers. There was one resident who walked by my room several times a day to make sure my dogs were on a leash and saying several times "there are rules here".
