"The place worked for what we were there for so we honestly didn’t spend a lot of time IN the actual space. We came for the football game with another couple so it was perfect for us. There is only one bathroom but there is a mirror in the one room so we still could get ready and not be on top of each other. The place looks like it’s being upgraded so when it’s finished it will be great. "

"Great place close to downtown, in a nice quiet hilly neighborhood across the river. 15 steps or so to front door and a flight up to bed and bath, so you need to be able to manage them. Beds were comfy and everything clean and shiny!! Enjoyed our stay! "

"I booked this home to visit our two first-year students at Carnegie Mellon University last October. The house was very nice, clean, and well-kept. The highlight of the house is the beautiful piano in the living room. We are a musical family, so we played it all the time. "The property is exactly how it's listed. Having off street parking is key. Located two blocks off of a main street where there are tons of restaurants and bars that you can walk to. The house is pretty much a 15 min drive from everywhere you want to go. We were there to tour PITT. Perfect location for getting to campus. It was less than a 10 min drive."
